Thompson-Arthur Paving & Construction

My husband and I were driving through this company's construction area on I40. Their crew was working on subgrade in the median. A large chunk of what looked dirt and rock came over the wall and struck my car. In spite of the fact that I filed a report the same day and provided GPS location, this company refused to pay for the damage. The main contractor even confirmed that they were working in this area. After being told they would not pay for the damage, they will not return my calls or messages to provide clarification. This speaks volumes for their level of integrity and their care for the safety of the traveling public.
