Tiseo Paving Co

The MacArthur Blvd construction project has been a nightmare thanks to this company. Read reviews from other municipalities- this company is a nightmare. They are getting close to being a year past the original estimated completion date. The City of Irving used them for the downtown improvement project which also went way longer than projected and caused many small businesses to close due to the lack of drivable streets. Beyond frustrated with the project at MacArthur/ Northgate. Use a different vendor.

This company is responsible for damages to my car due to their lack of leaving the roads in drivable conditions. They think bc they leave signs out they aren't liable for repairs. But if a car is damaged on a road they intend to be driven on and is left in deplorable conditions and ruined a car then yes you should be held responsible or block the entire road to not be driven on. If you can't do your job properly to ensure cars can safely drive on roads thru construction then dont do the work. So now my car is ruined bc of your poorly done construction.

Tiseo Paving is not the company you want to do ANY business with!!! They do not take any responsibilities for damages they caused and their insurance company, Amerisure will not pay you!!! Don't do any business with Amerisure Insurance Company! Three months ago I was driving in Frisco, TX where Tiseo Paving put their sign on the street. The sign fell into the driving road, I was driving on the road and the sign slashed my two tires. I could not continue my driving and had to tow my car, replaced my two tires and take an Uber to a business meeting in uptown Dallas and back. I contacted Tiseo insurance company and they denied my claim were it was obvious that Tiseo Paving is responsible for the damage on my car. The insurance company first said that it was not Tiseo Paving sign(without researching the case), and after said it was a plastic sign that can't slash or cut tires, which is absolutely not true! I sent them photos which showed clearly that there was not any other objects on the road other than the sign! Tiseo company should take all responsibilities on this damage! I called the company again and asked to speak with the owner. Melanie, Tiseo secretary, hang up the phone! definitely not a way to deal with issues the company caused.

This company was contracted to rework Old Denton Road in Carrollton. The level of incompetence or just complete lack of concern for residents of and drivers through the area is mind blowing. They work at a snail's pace, constantly leaving lanes unnecessarily shut down for weeks at a time or longer. Their traffic cones are constantly hanging out into the travel lanes at different angles. While traveling on one of the narrow temporary lanes a bent cone hit the side of my truck and scratched the paint, but I'm not even wasting my time trying to get them to repair it. They will have a crew of 5-6 workers working a tiny section of landscaping for days, yet keep miles of busy traffic lanes unnecessarily shut down. They leave messes everywhere. There was construction trash piled up in neighborhoods for months at a time during their first phase of the project. Flat tires became a weekly occurrence while they were completing phase one. I didn't think they'd ever finish. The only thing more shocking is how long it has taken them to work on phase two. I try to avoid even going that direction. I hope the city of Carrollton never awards them another contract near me. You get what you pay for.

If you want a bunch of inept pavers, this is your company! City of Plano hired them to do Dallas north estates and I have never seen such incompetence. Supervisors all over and the job still isn't done right. Their vehicles will block the entire neighborhood, even where they aren't paving, and be careful because none of them know how to drive properly. Watch out for damage to the other streets though. It's almost as if they know they're terrible but they're damaging other roads in attempt to keep working coming... Update! As I was leaving to pick up my children I encountered a supervisor by the name of "Robert." Robert was talking with a man from another company (I will not name said company as they did nothing wrong) outside of his vehicle. Problem was, his vehicle was parked directly on the corner, ignoring obvious laws about parking in an intersection. He claims he does this for a living. Not sure if he meant he talks for a living or parks illegally for a living but either way he was not happy I pointed out his error. He told me to stop being smart, I told him he should be smarter. Silly little argument with a grown man about his illegal parking. Bottom line, this company is a joke.
