Titan

I have never been more impressed with a company. They have taken such impressive care of us and our project since they gave us a bid two months ago. Themba came out and helped in the design process and I was immediately impressed by him and knew we could trust our yard to him. It wasn’t even a competition between him and the other bids I’d received. Their pricing was very reasonable as well while still giving extraordinary customer care. Our project was even started 3 weeks early because they wanted our kids to be able to enjoy the yard for as much of the summer as possible. Ben was our on-sight manager and he was extremely communicative and as concerns arose, he and Themba ensured they were addressed quickly. Our on-site workers Alberto and Jorge were so respectful, on-time, quiet, didn’t smoke on my property, cleaned up well after and worked hard to ensure the vision I’d designed with Themba was executed. They are the kind of company where for future projects, I will not even consider working with anyone else.

Titan completed a total front, back and side yard renovation for us last fall. We got on their schedule a little late in the year, so our project completion date was pushed around a lot, but they did complete the project before the snow fell. I recommend getting on their schedule as early as possible. The stone and paver work looks great and held up through the winter. The crew was professional and easy to work with. The sod they laid down is greening up and saved us from having to deal with a muddy yard this spring. The subcontractors they used for the decking and pavilion work were professional as well.

We had an amazing experience with Titan. They completely transformed our backyard into a beautiful and highly functional space that our whole family can enjoy. Our project included a deck extension, retaining wall, patio, and dog turf, fencing and more. Everything came together seamlessly. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the final result. Themba was fantastic to work with. He designed a layout that not only looks great but truly fits how we use our space day to day. He was also incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and always quick to follow up. Anytime we felt something needed a little more attention, he came back promptly and made sure it was taken care of. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend Titan to anyone looking to upgrade their outdoor space. We will definitely be using them in the future as well.

We hired Titan to build a fire pit area, walkway, install landscaping, spray grass seed on our back hill, install a retaining wall at the back under the deck, and build a dog run under the deck. And we absolutely LOVE the result! It's exactly what we wanted and asked for. Alex and everyone else was super communicative, helped walk us through every step, worked with us on choosing the right supplies to make sure everything looked great, and were just overall fantastic to work with. We had them come last year and install a retaining wall in the front along with some landscaping and were so happy with that, we chose them to complete the backyard portion. Pretty sure we'll also use them for future plans as well! Great work all around!

We had a boulder retaining wall built between my house and the neighbors. Themba was the project manager and he was amazing to work with. He has a ton of experience and was very interested in doing what was best for our space. He was one of the only people who came in talking about drainage and doing it correctly so it last a long time. Our project took 6 working days and the crew or Omar, Enrique, Jose and Ivan did amazing work. They were wizards with the mini excavator and left the work space neat, safe and tidy every day. I have little kids and they were so patient and safe with them. I cannot say enough about how great the whole Titan team was to work with. Communication with Themba was always quick and straight forward and the working crew was clean, respectful and skilled. They took time selecting the best boulders in each spot. Any crew can stack rocks but these guys were meticulous artists and were doing it right the first time. I am confident that this wall will outlast me and that it was build by the best team around. I would highly recommend Titan for boulder walls, they look great and function in many spaces. Titan has more experience building these types of walls than anyone else I looked at and they are building them the right way, 5 stars for sure!!!
