TLC-Total Lot Care

My wife and I are best friends with an older lady who, when her sister was still alive, drove all over the Rosedale area with their miniature horses. They were responsible for many many people getting into minature horses. Lora continued on for awhile but age has taken its toll (as it does to us all). But even at age 81 she still drives her little scooter and cares for the horses still on her property. Sadly, her property has become run down and overgrown. Everyone was doing what they could to help but age is also catching up with most of us as well. Last month she got a 30 day abatement letter from the county to clean up the weeds etc. Getting ahold of the code enforcement officer was extremely difficult and it wasn't until a complaint was lodged that the county even reached out. Currently we are playing phone tag. Out of the blue a gentleman (I believe his name is Joe Hurtado) approached one of her friends who had stopped by to see her and offered to clean up her property at no charge, He said they would come by as they had availability. Lora was crying when we gave her the news as she was convinced the County was going to take her property away and put her in a home. Kindness like this reminds us that others, even when they aren't known to us, are willing to extend a hand. Thank you Total Landscape Maintenance.

These people absolutely suck at their job. Multiple times I’ve caught them purposely blowing dirt and debris all over the cars in the parking lot and then they act like they don’t speak English to get away from the issue. This is how they leave the apartments, it’s Monday, they just came (at 8am being louder than fighter jets) and called themselves cleaning up and blowing all this away. I addressed them about doing this to my car once and they are obviously now doing it to my car on purpose. My apartments (Pacific Terrace Apartments) don’t care either. Everybody is raggedy.

This operating service gets no stars. Use your trash cans and stop throwing debris all in the streets! And your workers spit all on the grounds. You should be fined!

Their disrespectful they blow dirt on cars they have no respect for peoples property disgusting

One of their leaf blowers destroyed an ornament on my porch... when I asked him not to destroy stuff on my porch, he told me I shouldn't have left it there... I would give you a zero out of ten if I could. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else. These people are rude and bad at their jobs.
