3 years ago I called 5 driveway paving companies to receive a quote for my driveway. All 5 companies ranged thousands of dollars apart. For me , it's not who is the cheapest but who gives the most information on the process, application and product. Top coat did all of that and the whole team was honest, friendly and professional. Fast forward to getting my driveway seal coated. Just for more own curiosity I called a few companies again to get quotes and ask questions about how they apply the product. Top coat won my business again! The gentleman I spoke to gave me detailed information on what he thought was best spray or squeegee? And why and how they apply the product. My driveway was completed 2 days ago and there was no mess from the seal coating. It looks great and protected from the elements. So yourself a favor and skip all the fly by night companies and go with a company that is honest, fair and reliable.

Top Coat did a phenomenal job at my house. I didn’t have much of a driveway and they turned what I had into something much better than I had expected. Very fair in pricing, no complaints whatsoever. I’ll be using topcoat for seal coating as well in the future. Thanks fellas!

From the estimate to the timely installation of my new driveway Top Coat Paving was professional, efficient, and friendly. Top Coat arrived on time ready to work the amount of actual site prep surprised both my husband and myself we never expected them to be so detailed. The next day it poured rain and as we looked at our new driveway we saw rain draining off and there were no areas of puddles. I would recommend Top Coat to anyone price was reasonable and the crew did a most excellent job.
