Tri-State Paving and Construction Inc.

Tri-State Paving did an excellent job sealing my asphalt driveway and repainting the stamped asphalt edging. Frank, the owner, responded quickly to my questions and inquires. He showed a lot of knowledge while discussing how my driveway was laid out and about the stamped asphalt process. Frank abd his crew did an excellent job with stamped asphalt painting ensuring the lines were perfect. Thank you so much for your work. Totally Recommended.

Thank you Frank and Tri State Paving for a job well done. I would recommend you to anyone in need of Service.

Frank and his sons were excellent and very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the process for our driveway!! Highly recommend!

From beginning through completion Frank was great to deal with. Professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he was going to do. He was on site throughout the work. No dropping off his crew and disappearing as many contractors will do. He answered all our questions and our new driveway looks great! Even when my husband called him for a minor issue he came right out and addressed it. Thank you for making this a good experience!

Tri-State Paving performed milling & paving for the parking lot of American Legion Post 39 in Bel Air. This is a family owned company and their attention to every detail was fantastic. We could not be more pleased with the entire construction process. The price was reasonable & we have received many compliments from our members. Thanks to the Tolino family for a job well done !
