We are a paver company/outdoor-living, we have a few other supplier , but we want to take the time to express our deepest gratitude to tricircle in bartow, they are a great company to work with, their customer service is 💯 top notch nothing like it . From Angela the district manager , to Norma and Monica to the guys outback on the yard they are a team that tricircle can count on for customer services. They are on top of things, help you above and beyond. I will keep doing business with the for a long time. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU GUYS DO.

"I do not recommend this company Their pavers turned orange shortly after installation on my new paver deck. The company refuses to work with the contractor to resolve the problem and has not honored their product warranty. This has caused long delays and poor customer service. Avoid doing business with them."

I have just finished placing an order for pavers and wanted to comment about the fantastic and professional service I received from TriCircle, specifically Myron and Norma. I am resurfacing my inground pool deck and live outside the state of Florida. These two individuals were a huge help in answering my questions on the entire process as well as getting the order placed correctly. They are a compliment to the company for their professional attitude, demeanor and knowledge. If the entire workforce is as solid as these two individuals, then I anxiously look forward to receiving the final products. I will write another review once I receive the products in a few weeks so that google reviewer readers can follow along. Until then a big THANKS to Myron and Norma - they renewed my faith in Customer Service.

Pavers are a good price but rarely have in stock. We had them make an order for over 7000 sq ft of pavers and had pavers that were way thicker than others that we ended up having to tear up and replace in parts of the job and had to order more pallets of pavers to be able to finish the job because of all the pavers that were to thick and we had to replace. They refuse to give us any sort of credit or refund for the issues we had and not even replacing the pavers for us at there expense. The sales guy could not make it to the job while we were working to verify and therefore they refuse to help even though we got tons of pics and measurements and videos. Plus they don’t seem to care at all about the time and labor this costs us having to pull up and replace pavers everywhere. Very disappointed in the companies customer service and the lack of respect as they won’t let me to speak with anyone above the salesperson to get this resolved with. Not asking for our labor costs but just to get credited for the extra material we had to buy.. will follow up on this review if anything is resolved going forward. I will no longer be using this company for my customers jobs going forward outside of the two existing jobs I already have sold through them. Very poor communication and customer service
