Triple R Paving & Co.

In August 2025, Triple R Paving caused a sewage backup into my home while I was battling stage 4 blood cancer. The company had been contracted by the City of Fairburn to repave our neighborhood and, during the project, crushed asphalt into the sewer manhole located at the top of my mother’s driveway. We personally witnessed workers spend hours attempting to fix the issue, yet no residents were notified of the danger or potential damage. Over Labor Day weekend, sewage from the entire neighborhood flooded into and around my home. Following the incident, Triple R Paving owner, and City of Fairburn City Manager, both acknowledged responsibility and assured us the damages would be fully addressed, including providing alternative housing. We have evidence documenting these conversations and commitments. As of May 2026, only $4,900 has been reimbursed toward housing expenses (the first month expenses); that occurred only after local news involvement in March. Meanwhile, we have spent tens of thousands of dollars on alternative housing while remaining displaced from the home. I have been featured in WSBTV twice for this situation, once in February and the most recent being today. The first statement they gave to reporters was blantantly misrepresented as they have not tried provide housing or rectify the sitation, even though they took responsibiltiy and promised to rectify. When they did send $4,900 reimbursement for the first month of expenses, it was after they were contacted by WSBTV about the first pending news story. I am the widow of a U.S. Marine who lost his life due to the Camp Lejeune water contamination. Throughout this ordeal, I have been forced to undergo chemotherapy treatments outside of my home because the property remains uninhabitable. I have photos, videos, emails, phone calls, etc of not only the damage, but the corresponce with the owner and company. For some reason Google will not show it due the how graphic the raw sewage looks and the personal

** UPDATE- Had a conversation with the onsite foreman. They replaced the damage grass with sod. I appreciate them taking accountability and handling the inconvenience quickly and professionally. ————————————————————————————— Triple R Mining is treating my yard like a trash can. They dropped a heavy machine attachment right on my grass and completely destroyed it, leaving a massive dead spot. On top of that, they left asphalt sludge and trash by my curb, and parked their heavy equipment right in front of my door overnight without asking. I tried talking to the guys outside to get it sorted, but none of them speak English, which makes it impossible to fix anything on site. All they had to do was knock on my door and ask, but they acted like they owned the place. Totally disrespectful to homeowners.

workers are rude and not trained flaggers aren’t certified i’ve talked to several sitting in the zone no ppe no holding the flag on cell phone not paying attention (as a foreman’s from a ashalt company) this needs to be addressed

Triple R paving is a very experienced paving company. No job too big or small for it. You can rely on it for quality work on time.
