“We had a 16' x 57' stamped concrete patio installed with a two‑color finish, and the final result looks outstanding. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. While we have a bit of yard repair to complete, it was anticipated with a project of this size. The crew was also very thorough, power‑washing our home three times to ensure all materials were cleaned off. Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism throughout the process.”

Horrible customer service. I would not recommend them doing any type of work for you. They tore up my yard while ripping out my concrete. When I asked them if they were going to fix what they destroyed I was told no they are not liable and that it was in the contract I signed. When I showed Doug my contract he said Im sorry. The destruction of the grass is verbal. I asked if he would level out my yard he destroyed he told me he was not my landscaper. He threatened to not finish the job. He told me thay my job wasnt a lot of money and his jobs are 20,000 to 50,000 dollars. I was a paying customer. I told him he could of put plywood down to save my grass and he told me that would of been extra. I wouldn't of minded paying extra to save my grass. I was never given that option. They left dried asphalt on my concrete. After arguing for 4 days he ended up tilling the yard. I have stain on my freshly poured concrete. And they took my siding off my house and didn't put it back on. After spending 6,000 i had to spend another 200 to fix my yard. Dont make my mistake and hire them.

I would not recommend them as they do not stand behind their work or their promises to come back and fix the issues. The same summer I had the work done, the concrete started chipping. I contacted Doug, and he first said it was because I had a pool but I reminded him he poured the neighbors patio the year prior and they to have a pool however do not have the same issues. He came back out with a concrete vendor (rep) and agreed to come back and fix it. I think it is a seal he is putting down. However now after countless texts, emails and voicemails he has gone MIA and had not answered me back. Please see attached pictures as proof. The middle of the patio pools water as well when it gets wet /rains but he said the patio was poured and pitched correctly. ***To state facts and not made up information.*** No chemicals were going all over. Zero children or young adults live here. The "chemicals" that are used are in a puck form. Many people have pools and have children or young adults who splash the pool water with chemicals and have not had the same thing happen. Most of the flaking which is alot is not near said pool or hot tub. So when a customer is told by the business owner (Doug)we will be back to fix it and then fails to show up or communicate it then reverts back to because she has a pool. Uploading pic of convo where Doug says he will come back and seal it. All I am asking is stand by your business and your word. Do not turn it on the customer when a discussion was had about fixing it. This was not a cheap investment.

They did not level the patio correctly at all - so the water collected right next to the house. Then, they said they would re-do it and took 9 months to redo the job! They left and went to Florida for the winter and when they got back it was not a priority until August. Then, when they did the job they completely crushed my driveway (it was blacktop) in the process - leaving a huge mess everywhere. As unacceptable as that was, with all that said then they were very rude calling my house and driveway 'trash and garbage anyway' which is the reason for this review.

I would not recommend Trizzino for ant type of work. I was given an estimate back in March, signed the contract and was told sometime in May the work would get done. After several texts and calls to find out a date for the concrete work I never got a reply. Finally got a reply from Dustin and I was told to call Doug and we could work out a date. Spoke to Doug and he assured me they would set a date. Never heard back after that. After more texts I finally got a response they were busy and working 2 jobs a day, that was it. I also wanted to add to the job. I was originally told it was a small job. I understand everyone is busy but communication and customer service, this company lacks. After finding another company to do the job, he clearly stated that due to the cost in materials and rising cost, that the job was underbid. well that made sense in no return calls or communication. Very disappointed, I try to use independent companies that are local to give back.
