Troy Ross Construction

Poor, poor, poor, if I could leave no star's I would. I used their website and requested/asked if they wanted to quote a roofing job for me. Waited 72 hours and got no response or follow up, so I called. A man answered who I assume was Troy Ross and I asked if my request for a quote was received. He promptly hung up on me. I immediately called back and the recorded VM voice was the same voice which hung up on me. Very rude and very unprofessional. I wouldn't waste your time on a contractor who hangs up on a prospective customer.

Best roofer in Pagosa Springs. They did such an amazing job on our exterior we had them come inside for finishing work. Troy and Javier are experts with incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment with Troy to come by and do an estimate on my cabin's roof. He never showed, never called. Just heard from him 4 days later. Stay tuned...
