True paving Inc.

I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. Our driveway is less than two years old, and it is already riddled with cracks and showing significant signs of deterioration. The asphalt used was very poor quality, and the finished product has not held up anywhere close to what a customer should reasonably expect from a newly paved driveway that costs thousands of dollars! To their credit, they did come back once to attempt a repair and lay another layer of asphalt. The crew they sent out was professional and honest enough to acknowledge that the asphalt itself was poor quality. Throughout the process, trying to speak directly with Isaac, the person in charge, was nearly impossible. Even the repair crew seemed frustrated and defeated because they had concerns and questions that they said Isaac needed to address, yet they could not get a response from him either. The most frustrating part is not just the poor workmanship—it's the complete lack of accountability afterward. When problems arise, questions need to be answered, or follow-up is required, you are essentially left on your own. Communication from leadership was nonexistent, and there was no meaningful effort to stand behind the work. They presented a bunch of excuses after the fact and wanted us to pay them more to remedy the problem they created. The quality of the product is poor. The quality of the workmanship is poor. The customer service from management is poor. Based on our experience, I would stay away from this company at all costs. That said, I do want to give credit where it is deserved. Jen, their administrative representative, is fantastic. She was consistently professional, responsive, and followed up whenever she said she would. In fact, she was the only person who communicated reliably throughout this entire experience. I genuinely feel sorry for her, especially if she regularly has to deal with customers who receive the same runaround and disappointing results th
