We asked for 4", lucky if we even got 2". Now it is breaking up everywhere. They also drove all over our yard when not necessary and left it like that. Not just spots but very large areas. Tore up the yard. Will never deal with Malcolm and his guys again. I do not recommend.

Watched one of the dump trucks fly down my quiet neighborhood street just now. Speed limit is 25 mph and he must have been going 40.. Trashy drivers make a trashy company. I wouldn't pay to endanger the lives of my neighbors and their families.. these drivers should know their vehicles can't stop on a dime and should be driving within legal limits with extra caution on top of that. I will be taking all 3 cameras footage from my security and reporting it to Henrico Police

I had a dispute with them about a paving project the were subcontracted for on the streets surrounding my home that damaged my brand-new vehicle less than 2 weeks old. My car was facing east on a One-Way street which left the driver's side facing the street. They were out paving the north/south streets next to mine that created my block. My wife and I found tar down the driver's side of the car as well as the top of the car one day. I called to discuss and see if we could work out getting the car fixed. The estimate for removing the tar was $350. Upon calling, their Vice President of Operations, Loren M. Glasper, was rude to me and later disconnected the call by hanging up on me. When I called back to discuss further, and find out the name of their insurance company to have them discuss with mine, she stated "I don't need to give that to you. We don't operate that way." Someone in their office later did give their insurance company's name to my Insurance adjuster when she called to get that information. Nearly 2 months later, I have gotten payment from the Primary Contractor, but never received follow up from Ty's Hauling and Paving. For an office that will not give the customer service to call and follow up or stay on a phone call to discuss with something they don't necessarily agree with, you may make your own judgement if you would like to work with a company like this. I've also included a photo of just my driver's door of my vehicle to view.
