UA Maintenance

Jarret has built a great company. He spent very important prep time going over, explaining the work. It didn't have any fast talk, and he spoke in practical terms. The extra time discussing tough worn spots and turning habits discovered, and some other astute observations in the high pedestrian areas gave me a good feeling of confidence. The parking lot was large, and a challenge to work in shift changes and some other details. I was impressed by that, and sure enough after completion, the work looked, felt, and is perfect!! He has a lot to be proud of

Great company to do business with. Very prompt and reliable service. Office representative, Kim, is very pleasant to deal with and kept in touch with me regarding the scheduling and completion of the job.

I use UA Maintenance for all of my commercial projects. they a fairly priced, great service and great communication. highly recommend them

UA Maintenance is the best in the business on multiple fronts: the owner, Jarret, has excellent and professional communication. I recommend him to all my business's clients for a few key reasons: you can't beat his prices, he has expert attention to detail, all his employees speak highly of him, and I've gotten glowing reviews from everyone I've recommended him to. I even had him to my driveway and was extremely pleased with the results! Best in Fairport.

I am so happy at the wonderful sealer job on my driveway. My drive is nearing the time it needs to be replaced and I was hoping to get a couple years more life out of it with sealing. The sealing worked wonders, it looks so much better and the cracks were filled nicely too. Very happy customer and I would recommend!
