Absolutely the best customer service ever, constant contact and updates on schedule. Johnny at the plant and Jennifer at the dispatch are super performers.👍Kudos to them, and all the drivers too. Excellent overall.

This company regularly delivers loads that are 3 yards short, yet they still charge full price. They overwork their employees and perform minimal maintenance on their trucks. Their focus appears to be on maximizing profits by doing only the bare minimum, and they keep any bonuses received for completing pours ahead of schedule.

Absolutely the worst service ever performed. Ive Been in the concrete business 30 years, and never been lied to as much. They are the only company around, and the worst. She will tell you 10am and will not show up until 4pm or 5pm. She will tell you truck is loading now to come to you, and it will show up 2 to 3 hours later. Someone needs to build a plant in Uvalde, they could overtake the industry very quick.

Jennifer (the dispatcher) will literally lie to you about when you’ll get your concrete. Do not use this company if don’t want someone canceling the day of multiple times. She is working from home and has no idea what the trucks are doing at the yard. Some days you might get your concrete, some days they just won’t show. This will happen multiple times. If you schedule your concrete at a certain time, she will say they are loading and about to leave the yard but you just can’t believe her because she doesn’t actually know. They’ll show up to start loading 2-3 hours after she says they are there so will be 2-3 hours late if they show up at all. If they don’t show, it’ll be 2-5 days before she’ll get you on the schedule again. She’ll say she’ll get you in within 1-2 days but then she’ll push it again and won’t tell you it’s canceled until the morning you are waiting to pour. Tack on an extra 200%-300% for your carry costs on your project waiting for this company to show up.
