Ryan came by and looked at our parking lot and explained what needed to be done to improve its longevity, drainage, and cosmetic appearance. He also pointed out things I didn't think about that as a business owner was important for risk management and ADA compliance. The guys showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. The follow up to insure that I was pleased with the work product was appreciated. Its definitely an investment but it is important with the type of soil we have in our area. I would highly recommend them if you are considering parking lot repair

After a decade of cycling through various contractors for our shopping center parking lot in Ridgeland, MS, which sits on yazoo clay, we finally found Valde Pavement Solutions. Immediately upon meeting with Ryan and explaining our decade plus long trail and error process, he was confident he had a solution to the money pit which was our parking lot. It has been 3 years now and every single area of replacement has held up, which is 2 years longer than anything had ever lasted before. Many contractors will tell you what you want to hear and make up excuses when the results arent up to expectation. Valde has taken the time to come up with a process unique to our situation while working with our annual budget. While it does cost more than laying 2-4 inches of asphalt, it has also held up to the Mississippi elements and allowed us to make progress in replacement rather than constant annual repairs. The on site crews have always been accommodating to the various tenants we have on the property and I enjoy working with them every single year. If you are tired of your current asphalt contractor or simply looking for one, I could not recommend Valde Pavement solutions enough.
