VLA Grading LLC - Concrete Flatwork

Recently, I had two residential stoops replaced by VLA Grading. They had the best estimate and time line to get the work done. Their work is professional and they cleaned up after each day. Everyone employed by them were courteous and professional. I would hire them again.

We couldn’t be happier with the work VLA Grading did for us. They removed our old concrete driveway and in just one day installed a brand new driveway, sidewalks, and patio. The VLA team did a fantastic job fixing our garage floor. We had substantial cracking and damage from improper water drainage. Their team was able to remove the problem areas and replace it with crushed stone from optimal grading and drainage. VLA completed the job in a very timely manner and the crew was professional. In addition their equipment and skill set was best in class. I will absolutely be recommending VLA to any friends and family requiring concrete and flatwork.

We were looking for a company to remove our asphalt driveway, walkway and replace with concrete. There were drainage issues, old basket ball hoop footing needed removal and we wanted to make the driveway as wide as possible with the existing culvert pipe. Saul and his team made quick work fixing my crooked front walk and adding a patio to my backyard last month. Saul came back himself to make sure everything was perfect.
