This business is terrible! I parked at LAX 405 Parking and the shuttle service was the worst. On our departure there were stops at hotels that had several passengers standing. Then pickup was non-existent, we waited over an hour and finally took an Uber to the parking structure. We made several calls, no answer, and several text messages. If you get sucked in to the low price, call first and see if you can talk to a person. The parking spaces are smaller then requirements and you might have a very difficult time leaving or getting out due to getting blocked in. I had parked several times at the 405 Parking and this new company is a disgrace.

Very bad service, they tell you shuttle will come every 10 mins. Have been standing for 25 mins and no stutter is here and I’m pregnant. We have 10 people standing with me for the same amount of time and everyone is frustrated and in fear to lose their flight. Don’t park with them, it’s a scam

Good evening Margaritaville cottage Orlando was nothing short of excellent. The shuttle to and from with my family of Six was excellent due to Austin, Nate and Rick. These guys deserve a raise I tipped them no matter what they did for us. I will be back sooner than later looking for there valet service again. Thank You VPNE parking for having these guys on staff. You owe them BIG TIME.

I used their services today at Boston Children's Hospital and have to say disappointed is a understatement. One of their employees stole stuff out of our vehicle and the response was that there was nothing they could do. Be careful. Who does that to someone going to a children's hospital with there child to have a procedure done? Like we aren't going thru enough? Unfortunately we tipped before we realized and this isn't the first time I heard of this happening. I guess we should have known better. They are not responsible for any missing belongings out of your vehicle while it being in there possesion apparently. I asked to see camera footage but will likely not get anywhere. They said their employees denied and wrong doing which may be enough however I'm 100% positive it was in my vehicle when I left it and gone when we returned. I would NEVER acuse anyone of this if I didn't know for sure. What a sad and disappointing experience but lesson well learned.

TODAY I WAS ROBBED BY THIS COMPANY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, ONLY IF YOU REALLY NEED IT! I have been working at BMC since December 2022 and I started using their services on January 26th at 710 Albany garage and they charged the amount of $181, today to my surprise when I arrived my badge did not work and they said that my subscription had expired, i thought i would have paid for 3 months as all my friends pay $55 and i paid $181 the staff could not help me so i tried with the manager who showed me the contract and said it was my fault as they were charging for 610 albany st and not 710 Albany garage so I said it wasn't my fault and he could see in the system how I always parked in 710 and never 610 and in the contract it actually said 610 with another letter and not my handwriting where the address was In writing, anyway, I didn't get my money back and had to pay another $55 dollars, I felt ripped off and I don't recommend this company to anyone unless you really need it like I do….
