VSS International Inc., Chandler

So, I'm not a client of these guys, but rather they're working on a section of streets in my neighborhood right now in Tucson. I parked in a tow-away zone in a section of the neighborhood that was being repaved, and missed the signs saying not to park there. Instead of towing me to a tow yard/impound lot that would have cost me hundreds of dollars in weekend fees, they moved my car to a nearby street that wasn't being worked on. I'm on a fixed income, and that small mercy meant a lot to me. It's been a long project, but so far nearly every person I've interacted with (directing traffic around the work zones) has been really friendly and helpful as well, which can't be easy in 105 degrees. So I just really wanted to convey my appreciation for these guys making every effort not to inconvenience or tax the residents of the neighborhoods they're working in. Goes a long way.

Great customer service... very professional
