Wash N Seal Pavers

We hired a paving contractor to build an 850 square foot paver patio in our backyard, and the whole experience was excellent. Ernest and his crew were professional, hardworking, and easy to work with from start to finish. The patio installation was completed quickly, and the finished paver work looked clean, solid, and beautiful. After some unusually heavy rain, a small section of polymeric sand washed out from between a few pavers. When we reached out to ask what type of sand would be best for the repair, Ernest offered to stop by and take care of it himself. He came over after finishing another paving job, worked in the hot weather without complaint, and re-sanded the joints at no charge. What stood out most was his positive attitude and commitment to quality customer service. He truly cared about keeping our patio in great condition and making sure the paver surface stayed strong and well-finished. We really appreciated the extra effort, and it gave us a lot of confidence in the long-term quality of the work.

As a former asphalt paver and grader with 18 years of experience, I can say this paving contractor did a professional job. They replaced some concrete, filled the cracks, and sealcoated the surface with two coats in the Palmdale community, all within three days. The whole paving project went smoothly, and the finished asphalt looks good. The crew was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and handled the resurfacing and repair work well. Overall, I was pleased with how the job turned out and would recommend them for asphalt and concrete paving work.

Raymond planned our backyard paving project exactly how we wanted and stayed within our budget, while also giving us helpful advice on materials, layout, and overall design. Jared and his crew kept in touch with me throughout the whole installation, so I always knew what was happening with the paver work and schedule. Jared followed up when needed and handled every issue that came up during the project quickly and professionally. The whole crew was skilled, respectful, and focused on quality workmanship from start to finish. In the end, the paving job turned out great, and we really love our new backyard space. I would definitely recommend them to friends looking for patio pavers, hardscape work, or other paving contractor services.

We had a great experience replacing our old wood retaining wall around the raised front yard with a new paver-style retaining wall. Marvin was easy to work with, kept communication clear, and explained each step of the project from the start. He shared a few material options that matched our budget and helped us choose a retaining wall block style and color that fit the look of our home and landscape. The finished wall looks even better than we expected and really improved the curb appeal of our front yard. Marvin, Jared, and Ernest showed up early each day, ready to work, and completed the job quickly and professionally. They kept the site clean, removed debris daily, and made sure the work area was safely marked for anyone passing by. We also appreciated the follow-up service. When we noticed one cap block needed attention, the response was fast and helpful, and it was secured right away. It is clear this paving and retaining wall crew stands behind their work. We highly recommend them to anyone in Palmdale looking for reliable retaining wall, paver, and hardscape services.
