We recently hired Shane and Washburn Services to install grass, rock, and mulch on our new Agnew property. They transformed our front and back yards from all weeds and uneven surfaces into a beautiful landscape that my husband and I can enjoy for years to come. The team is hardworking and asks questions as they work, in order to meet the owner’s expectations. With minor changes as the project progressed, they repeatedly said they wanted the final result to be exactly what we as homeowners expected. Evan installed metal edging with style and precision, sculpting clean lines for a neat, finished look. Washburn Services is the type of landscaping business where your neighbors want the company ’s contact info because they are impressed by their skill. Evan, Bailey, and Wyatt were friendly, diligent, and detail oriented. I would re-hire Shane and crew without hesitation!

Imagine my wife's surprise to come home from Seatac to our new driveway; "It's beautiful" she exclaimed as we turned in. Not a word I'd use, no, I said "looks sharp". About that, I really enjoyed having Kenny here for 3 days, hardworking and friendly, always busy and not distracted by conversation. I was most impressed by his attention to detail, in particular the lines and keeping the driveway clear at the end of the day so I could drive out. I also appreciate Logan who drove truck and was as professional and affable as Kenny. We've reached an age where we're hiring home and grounds maintenance crews more often where we've seen a variety of work ethics in action and often been disappointed. Your crew is a cut above, Shane, and I look forward to having you back to extend the gravel turn around area in front of the shed and the side of the house. Five star experience from start to finish. Never thought our steep rugged driveway could be so nice. The Washburn crew gave so much attention to detail and they take so much pride in their work. And Shane is a very nice and solid guy.

Shane and his crew did a fantastic job with our driveway! I called a few companies for quotes and Washburn was first on the scene with a fair price - very accommodating with my dysfunctional schedule. Shane's team staged some of the heavy equipment the day before project was to begin and arrived early the next day. Very friendly & professional with creative ideas and exceeded my expectations completing the project in one day. Shane performed the final inspection to ensure we were happy with the work. Job well done! They will be my go-to on future projects.
