West End Material Supply

I’m extremely disappointed with how this business handled a simple situation. My dad parked in their lot briefly, and instead of addressing it respectfully, they immediately escalated things by calling the police and accusing him of trespassing. There were no visible signs posted anywhere indicating that parking was restricted or that the lot was private. Rather than communicating like reasonable people, they chose to involve law enforcement over something that could have easily been clarified in a calm and respectful way. It felt unnecessary, intimidating, and completely unprofessional. I am doing all forth possible to get this further my poor dad was nearly detained and my grandfather stayed standing . What a disappointment this business treats people. The he had the audacity to record my father . I know it’s your business but stay grounded. Disheartening and disgusting. If you’re going to enforce strict parking rules, the least you can do is clearly post signage so people are aware. Calling the police without proper notice or communication reflects very poorly on how this business treats the community. I would not recommend supporting a place that handles situations this poorly

I'm there few days out the week. Great place everyone there is really helpful and fast

Great place. Friendly and helpful. Robert's a great person to ask for info

They had one of their employees make the brilliant choice to block my car in the morning making me late for work. I had to call the company and he still took his time to move there trailer size truck where I had to call again.

Sadly, I can't comment on the material supply end, but I've never seen so much traeger stuff in one place before! Every kind of pellet, sauce, rub, even other popular types of rub, like meat church, plus new traegers, add-on parts, covers, foil liners, everything you can imagine! Never have to order online and wait for delivery again! Today was my first time here, certainly not my last.
