Western NY Sealing & Paving

10 stars to this company from sales....communication..... service....to finished product....couldnt be happier...THANK YOU THANK YOU... Not to mention it was the hottest day of the month.....I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!!!!!..ps id do more photos but didnt walk done my perfect driveway

Got my driveway sealed from Western recently. Wasn’t overly thrilled with the results. Sealant all over plants and grass around the driveway. I get my driveway isn’t in the greatest condition to begin with but the work was subpar and sloppy. Have had it done previously by other local companies and results were far better. They were the least expensive quote so I guess you get what you pay for!

They did a complete tear out and pave job last summer and it looks very nice. No more pits and they pitched it slightly so rain drains away from the house. From the initial survey and quote (which came in slightly lower than several competitors I had contacted), to good communication along the way and the day the crew came out to pave, they handled themselves professionally and did competent work. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the pavement sits a bit too high where it meets by back and shed doors (in fact I had to cut down the bottom of shed doors just to open them). In my opinion they should have dug out another inch or two of dirt from the start for some breathing room with the paving. Overall tho, I would recommend.

I appreciate the customer-friendly atmosphere your whole business has. From the start, I received a call back from Christian, and he was very helpful with answering my questions and going over all the details about our tricky driveway. I also appreciated the service reminder calls, even when it meant rescheduling because of weather, and then each time I’ve spoken with someone on the phone at your main office, everyone is super friendly and helpful. And then especially, when Aidan and his team came back today to do a a small touch-up, Adam was polite and professional and so was the rest of the team - following their leader in that regard. I will be recommending your company to people I know who ask about driveway and sealing work. Thank you, Nathan S

5 stars to the sales representative, prep work crew and driveway installation crew. The experience was pleasant, well communicated/ documented, and completed. The installation crew in particular did a fantastic job- no mess and beautifully done! We are very pleased.
