I had a wonderful experience working with Western Paver Design. Austin was a great communicator and Fidel and his team worked tirelessly to get everything done so efficiently and left everything clean and tidy. The design was beautifully constructed and the details were cut perfectly. I would highly recommend them!

The Western Paver Design team was amazing to work with. We had excellent communication before and through our project. Our wall was done right with a drain. The team was efficient and did not leave any trash. The extra gravel was thoughtfully spread. We even got a measurement to estimate how much backfill soil would be needed to complete the space. A+++

WPD did an outstanding job on our patio and walkway paver project from start to finish. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, the craftsmanship was top-notch, and everything was completed exactly as promised. The entire process was smooth and well-organized, and the crew was professional, punctual, and respectful of our property. A huge shoutout to our project manager, Austin, who was excellent to work with—communicative, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail throughout the project. Our outdoor space looks incredible, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. We highly recommend WPD to anyone in Oregon looking for a high-quality paver company

I don’t like to even recall working with these folks. They installed a 3 car driveway for me and retaining wall. Thought it was amazing at first until about a month after install during first dry day in a while (it had been raining for weeks) and I saw track marks running up and down the length of driveway. Looked like a lawnmower went over it with the blade on the ground. They hadn’t used enough sand during the last step of compacting. When I brought up the issue immediately on discovery, they said I did it. I did something to cause the track marks. Even though I literally hadn’t used it, waiting to seal it. I demanded they redo the driveway and they refused, offered me $1000 to stop complaining. I posted a bad review similar to this and sent a complaint to Oregon contractor licensing bureau. The owner Joe called me immediately, acted all contrite, blamed his underling and said he’d take care of the issue asap. Asked that I take the review down. Said he was an honest guy trying to make a living. Anyways, he redoes 60-75% of the driveway. Leaves me with a driveway with stones from multiple batches. They don’t match at all. Tells me they will in time. Call him a few months later and he describes me as a problem that won’t go away. I honestly just got tired of talking to the guy. Anyways, really slimy experience through and through. Paid more than $20k and hated the sight of that thing every time I saw it. I sold the house and it’s mostly out of my memory but I’d stay far, far away from WPD. Definitely worth paying slightly more for System Pavers.

We recently worked with Western Paver Design to build a new retaining wall and fence in our backyard, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The team provided a very fair price and made the entire process seamless with great communication from start to finish. They actually completed the project ahead of schedule and were incredibly diligent about cleaning up the site afterward. As you can see from the photos, the final product looks amazing. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality work!
