We used Western Pavers to renovate our 20 year old wood patio and cover and replace with pavers and cover. My sales person was Justin and he worked with us closely and said he would WOW us and they sure did with the design. The installation started on time and finished within the schedule identified. The foreman/super was Chilo, and I highly recommend him for your project. He was responsive, knowledgable, and fair. The crew not only did a great job, but they went above and beyond what I expected. My wife was so pleased with them cleaning up the site every day before leaving. The job had a few changes due to surprises under our existing deck, but Chilo and I worked them out together easily. He had a great ideas but was also very open to my suggestions. Together we made the design even better. I can't wait to get my TV up and some outdoor furniture and watch March Madness in my new patio. Thank you to everyone at Western Pavers and we will use you again for any future projects.

Our experience with Western Pavers has been exceptional. We are still in the design phase of our project; for us this is a significant ($$ and effort) investment in our home and we want to get it right. We've been so pleased with our designer Greg Wysong and his colleague Tony - they are clearly experts in their fields and have provided us with such fantastic advice and guidance up to this point to get us to some early drafts using their 3D model rendering has been such a help to us in visualizing the possibilities. Above all, their patience to really explore all the various pros and cons of each decision and impact to the overall design, we cannot thank them enough for their collaboration up to this point as it's helped us feel much more confident in pulling the trigger (and writing the check $$ !) We are looking forward to next steps and will update our review as we move along this process with Western Pavers. Thank you again Greg and Tony!

We use Western Pavers to redo our backyard and it was a great experience. Craig Anderson was our point of contact and helped us design the amazing yard. Victor Camacho was my point person on making that design come to life. The crew was great and met the timelines that they gave us. My backyard was transitioned into a functional space that we enjoy on a daily basis. We highly recommend them for your next project!!!

Update! Even though my issue wasn’t with Victor (he and his team are amazing), he reached out to ask how he could make it right. The team that actually did the work were great. Victor and Jesus were responsive, supportive, and professional. DO NOT BUY THEIR AC UNIT SCREENING PRODUCT! We paid $2200 for what is pictured. The design showed a very nice custom made screening “fence” around our two AC units. What we got was cheap leftover wood from our fence construction that looked nothing like what was shown in the design. I brought this up to Craig and the fact they had not stained the screening units. Craig said that the rendering doesn’t reflect what it will actually look like and they don’t stain the units and I had to show that in our contract it stated they would also stain. I have attached pictures of the quality of that product. (Also attached is rendering of what was sold to us) The irrigation they installed failed and one zone didn’t receive water for over a week. We had some plants die (they guarantee plants for 30 days) and when we submitted this to Western Pavers on 3 occasions to get 4 plants replaced they never responded. Overall, we are happy with the end product but the cutting corners at the end of the job to not deliver what was promised really soured the overall feeling about the company.

We contracted with Western Pavers for a backyard renovation. We had a swimming pool & jacuzzi that we rarely used and we wanted something that would allow for more space and room for entertaining. We worked with the sales guy Jerry and received an initial quote. We went through a back & forth design process which included plan changes, design changes, etc. and ended up with a really great design. They used a CAD design process that helped us to better see the finished product & provided architectural blueprints for each phase of the project. We had the pool & jacuzzi removed by a separate contractor and Western Pavers worked with us on timing of completion so that they could start the renovation without too much time in between. We decided to do pavers, a large barbecue/outdoor kitchen, fire pit, artificial turf & planters. We also added low voltage lighting for the plants, under counter lighting for the BBQ and fire pit. Brian, our Project Manager was fantastic. He was an excellent communicator (very responsive with texts/calls), offered his suggestions and ideas, and helped us achieve the best outcome. He managed the permits, the coordination of all subs, the delivery of materials etc. Chino, the work crew lead, was also easy to work with & a good communicator. They have a great crew and always found a way to satisfy our requests. They were focused on making us happy with the finished product and did a great job of it. We also decided to use Western Pavers to partially renovate our front hardscaping. They removed the concrete front porch, courtyard, walkway and flagstone ribbon on our driveway and replaced it all with pavers. They were careful not to damage our existing stone or front door. It was a beautiful way to update and freshen up the look of the house. We were uncomfortable with the initial payment schedule that they proposed, which required 85% of the total contract payments to be paid at the start of the paver installation. While there was a lo
