Great experience with Pat and his crew. Very professional and knowledgable. 100 year old house, so a lot of quirks involved that they handled flawlessly. Very patient with questions regarding scope of project for driveway. Pat was not pushy and very honest about what concrete should be replaced. Excellent cleanup and very considerate of neighbors' adjoining driveway. Recommended an annual application of a good penetrating sealer.

Western Suburbs Concrete is a true joy. Our old driveway was cracked and needed to be removed. Western gave us a great price for removal of old 75 year old driveway. The team worked together to create a wonderful new driveway. This company is totally professional from start to finish. They are a team. Excellent work.

Pat and his team from Western Suburbs Concrete recently replaced our garage floor and driveway. We are very happy with the work they performed and would highly recommend them. Quote/pricing: pricing was competitive and Pat talked us through different options. Communication: clear, regular communication with Daniela in the office throughout the process. We knew what to expect with each step of the process and when work would be completed. Work: team was meticulous in their work and ensured the site was cleaned up at the end of the day. Pat was great at troubleshooting issues that came up throughout the process. Finished work was great!

A concrete patio was installed at our house in La Grange Park. Pat came out to provide an estimate for us which matched another estimate we had received. However, he made a recommendation that proved to be excellent, to remove the and replace an existing sidewalk behind a sunroom addition and to provide a slight slope to it to eliminate an extra step for an additional minimum charge. What complicated the patio installation was that due to the size of the patio, 14'x21', it exceeded the village code for square footage, 250 sq ft, and we were required to install a drywell, basically a hole in the ground lined with landscape fabric, filled with stone, covered with landscape fabric and 6" of top soil as part of a storm water management clause in the village code. Danielle was extremely helpful in doing the calculations to meet the code requirements to determine the size and depth of the drywell and providing the details of the drywell required to be included as part of the building permit for the project. Without her assistance in providing this critical information, we do not know how we would have gotten the patio installed. The installation of the drywell was an additional cost that had to be included in the overall price for the patio installation but was very reasonable considering the extra work that had to be done. From start to finish, the drywell was dug out and installed as well as the excavation, formwork for the patio and finished concrete patio within one week. Sod was laid by others after the job was completed. The finished patio is great and the recommendation made by Pat at the start to remove and replace the existing rear sidewalk to eliminate a step was great idea, showing his experience and practicality in looking at a project and making suggestions to make it even better. Also, the men that did all the work were all very good and efficient and were very friendly. In addition, they took the time to clean up the area, power wash the drivewa
