I’ve personally worked in road construction before—everything from milling roads to laying base material and concrete—so I’m speaking from experience when I say the construction crew working on my residential street right now is extremely unorganized. This project has been dragging on far longer than it should. By now, they should have completed one full side of the road, which would allow residents at least partial access to their homes and driveways while they move on to the other side. Instead, they’ve been bouncing back and forth between both sides of the road, pouring concrete and doing work on each side at the same time. As a result, the entire road is inaccessible, leaving residents unable to get in and out of their homes.

The men working on Iron Horse in North Richland Hills on January 25 were AMAZING! I made a mistake and got my car stuck and they helped me with no hesitation. Felipe was my hero!

Does not care about the common man. Popped two of my tires driving through their construction site on Mockingbird Lane. Refuses to acknowledge that its even possible that it is their nail, as I watch them nail support boards day in and day out. Pretty sleezy activity.

Damaged my 2 vehicles during construction on my street. Did not take responsibility, did not follow proper safety guidelines during construction, NO proper postings, causing damage from mud left during weekends and rainy days, leaving no proper safety to enter and exit homes, even after many complaints before, during and after construction. Had a qualified Dallas construction Representative come out to inspect the job. Saudbit wad unacceptable and should be shut down. I'm now going fourth with legal procedures with other victims on our street. When contacted this company and sent pictures never responded until after project wad completed and sent me an email saying my damages were due to my own negligence. I will send update after the legal procedures.

Drivers are very unsafe on the roadways. Routinely exceeding 10 miles an hour or more over the speed limit, even in construction zone. Weaving in and out of traffic and changing lanes frequently. Accident waiting to happen.
